Our Story

In 2023, our journey began in the heart of Manhattan, right here in the “Little Apple.” We started in a tiny spare room, driven by a deep passion for crafting exceptional juices. The idea was simple yet profound – to bring the goodness of fresh, organic juices to our community.

The Inspiration

The inspiration behind Hey Ginger! Juice Co. came from a personal experience we all shared during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our founder, Adam Rogers, was a frequent traveler before the pandemic hit. He cherished the moments of sipping fresh juice wherever he went. But when he returned home to Kansas, he found himself hard pressed (pun intended) to find the same quality and freshness.

A Bold Decision

In 2020, with travel halted and a desire to bring back that missing joy, Adam made a bold and spontaneous decision. He used his entire first stimulus check to invest in his very first cold-press juice machine. This was the beginning of Hey Ginger! Juice Co.

From Tiny Room to Aggieville

With dedication and support from our community, Hey Ginger! Juice Co. outgrew its humble beginnings and moved to a commercial kitchen in Aggieville. This transformation was made possible, in part, thanks to the invaluable guidance and support of Mr. and Mrs. Radina of Radina’s Coffeehouse franchise in Manhattan. Their mentorship helped us grow beyond that small room where it all began.
